As a graphic designer, I worked for many years in agencies and large companies. About 3 years ago, I migrated from graphic to UX/UI Design.
I've been creating and improving experiences for people who use products of the Court of Justice of Minas Gerais and the Linte Contract Lifecycle Manager (a B2B product, SaaS). It has been an incredible journey.
I'm used to solving complex problems for conservative companies and stakeholders, reaching them in a light way with a design mindset.
I'm looking for a solid career in UX, and, even though I haven't always held this position, I've tried not to make decisions not only based on what I'm asked, questioning and proposing alternatives frequently.
In my most recent professional experience, I was promoted by the recognition of these characteristics and my dedication.
Four months ago I moved to Porto, with my husband and 4 cats, and life here has been as great as coffee. We couldn't bring our board games and LPs, but brought a lot of courage for this new chapter of our life. 😺
Talking about soft skills, I'm dedicated, questioning, and curious. This makes me thrive while dealing with obstacles, leaving user-centered thinking whenever I can, even when working with complex businesses, scenarios, and stakeholders.
About hard skills, I'm used to working from discovery to delivery with PMs and developers. I've carried out research and experiments, continuous discovery, and always focused on what people needed to do in the product (JTBD).
I'm used to measuring deliveries and keeping my eyes on usage data, mostly using the H.E.A.R.T framework.
Main competences: UX/UI Design, UX Research, UX Strategy, Design System, UX Writing, Design Thinking, Prototyping, HTML+CSS.
As a Product Designer, I've worked mostly with Figma. I've used Notion to document research planning, recruiting and findings, heuristic evaluations, and much more, so everybody (including future me!) can access the content.
I've also worked with Intercom for surveys and onboarding tours, ZeroHeight to document design system guidelines, Hubspot to consult client feedbacks. My favorites at the moment are Figma, Figjam, Mixpanel and Notion.
I'm used to agile methodologies and I've experienced Lean, Dual Track Agile, and mostly Basecamp ShapeUp.
